Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day before shipment.
We do not ship orders on weekends. During this time, we verify order details, perform quality checks, and prepare the packaging.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through local or international courier partners depending on the destination country.
A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent within a maximum of 2 business days after the purchase.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Delivery and Availability
The carrier may contact the customer by phone before delivery.
It is important to provide a valid phone number and remain reachable on the day of delivery.
If the customer is absent during the first delivery attempt, the carrier may contact them to arrange a second delivery, depending on local delivery practices.
Delivery Times
For online card payments, the standard delivery time is generally 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and local logistics conditions.
Customers will also receive an email with their tracking link within 2 business days after placing the order.
Important Notice
During periods of high demand, such as holiday seasons, Black Friday, or special promotions, delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased shipping volumes.
Warranty and Returns
In accordance with applicable law and our Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy, customers have 14 days from receipt to report any manufacturing defect.

Once the defect has been reviewed and confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable law and our policy.
